We believe that any counselling should be appropriate to your needs and can offer a wide range of therapies including CBT, and EMDR as well as “talking therapy”.
We are all fully qualified counsellors and members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. We work out of dedicated counselling rooms, locally situated and operate through the week at the times convenient to our clients including Saturday mornings.
We cover Newport, Cardiff and the surrounding area including Calidicot, Chepstow, Cwmbran, Risca and Usk.
